Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the shoes in their original box, ensure they are protected inside a shipping mailer, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
